Biography:
Sarah Lee Bolger (born 28 February 1991) is an Irish actress who became famous in 2002 when she starred in In America with her sister Emma Bolger. Bolger can currently be seen in the third series of The Tudors as Princess / Lady Mary Tudor, a role she reprised from the second series and has won critical acclaim for. She will continue her role as Mary Tudor in the show's fourth and final season. She starred in Stormbreaker alongside Alex Pettyfer. She recently starred in the film adaptation of the children's novel The Spiderwick Chronicles with Freddie Highmore.
Bolger was born in Dublin, Ireland, the daughter of Monica and Derek Bolger, who is a butcher. She has a younger sister, actress Emma Bolger. As a youth Sarah attended The Young People's Theatre School in Dublin. Currently Sarah attends Loreto High School, Beaufort in Rathfarnham.

When her birthday fell on the same day as the Independent Spirit Awards, director Jim Sheridan got the entire room to sing "Happy Birthday" to her. She was so embarrassed, she hid her face behind a program. All of this was captured on camera during the award telecast.
